SMS Terms and Conditions
A&H WORKER MESSAGING
Updated October 12, 2026
These terms apply to the A&H worker SMS/MMS program.
Program
A&H Lumping Services uses recurring SMS and group MMS for container-unloading job coordination and worker reports. Messages may include job assignments, PO numbers, container numbers, box quantities, work status, and questions about assigned work.
Optional enrollment
Enrollment is by a separate signed worker consent form returned directly to management. Its SMS/MMS consent box starts unchecked and is optional. Workers who choose to opt in check the box and sign the form. Management keeps the signed record and immediately sends a manual SMS enrollment confirmation before adding the worker to a work-text group. This website does not enroll a worker, collect a signature, or accept a form submission. SMS/MMS consent is not required for employment, job assignments, or purchasing services. Workers who decline or withdraw consent receive work coordination by phone calls or in person.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by assigned jobs and work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan and charges apply to messages and group MMS.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to a company message or contact management to withdraw consent and stop future company messages to your number. You may receive a confirmation of your withdrawal. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (786) 862-0701 or email barquin_harald@yahoo.com. Management handles enrollment and these requests; this site does not send automated replies. Notify management if your mobile number changes.
Group visibility and records
Everyone in a group can see its participants' phone numbers and messages. Management may retain phone copies, and reports may be stored in the company scheduling app. Opting out does not erase messages previously received by other participants. Send only information appropriate for that work group.
Delivery and privacy
Message delivery depends on the messaging provider, carrier, device, and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For time-sensitive work questions, contact management directly. The Privacy Policy explains information collection, operational processing, group visibility, retention, and consent choices.
