A&H WORKER MESSAGING

SMS/MMS participation is optional. You can receive job assignments by phone calls or in person without agreeing to texts. If you choose to opt in, review the disclosures, download or print the blank form, check the optional consent box, and sign it. Return it privately to your A&H manager. Management will retain your consent and immediately send a manual SMS enrollment confirmation before adding you to the work-text group.

What I agree to receive

I agree to receive recurring job-related SMS and group MMS messages from A&H Lumping Services at the mobile number I provide below. Messages cover container-unloading assignments, work coordination, questions, unloading status, and reports of purchase order (PO) numbers, container numbers, and box quantities.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies by assigned jobs and work activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Group messages and records

Other participants in a group can see my phone number and messages. Company management can keep copies on its phone. Worker reports and original messages may be stored under the assigned client in the company scheduling app.

Optional participation and help

SMS/MMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, receiving job assignments, or purchasing services. I can leave the consent box unchecked to decline. Management will coordinate my work by phone calls or in person if I decline or withdraw consent. I can withdraw by replying STOP or contacting management.
